Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they are:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In original packaging with all tags/labels attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to the specialized nature of these components, the following cannot be returned:

  • Custom-cut materials (carbon & composites, aluminum butts cut to specific lengths)
  • Color-treated components (color preservers, pre-finished items)
  • Opened adhesives & finishing products
  • Personalized apparel & accessories

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once we receive and inspect your return:

    • Credit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process

For exchanges of eligible items:
